Privacy Policy

Last updated: 9 June 2026

Inza is built to be local-first. Your captured content stays on your device. We do not collect, store, or sell your personal data.

Summary

Inza is a desktop application that lets you capture context into named projects and inject it into AI text boxes using global hotkeys. Everything you capture is stored locally on your own computer. We do not operate accounts, and we do not run servers that hold your captured content.

Information we do not collect

We do not collect your name, email address, contacts, location, or the content you capture and inject. Your projects, captured text, and clipboard data never leave your device as part of normal use, except where you yourself choose to send content to a third-party AI service by injecting it into that service's text box.

Device permissions and how we use them

To function, Inza requests access to two capabilities on your device:

Local storage

Captured context and projects are stored locally on your device. You remain in control of this data and can delete it at any time by removing it within the app or deleting the application's data from your device.

Third-party AI services

Inza helps you move context into AI tools you already use. When you inject content into a third-party service (for example, a chat interface in your browser or another application), that content is handled by that service under its own privacy policy and terms. We are not responsible for how those third parties process content you send to them.

Children's privacy

Inza is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
